1. Is each piece handmade and one of a kind?

Yes. Every ornament is entirely handmade and created from a real entada bean pod. Because no two pods are the same, each piece is truly one of a kind.

2. Why does my bean pod looks slightly different from the photos?

Entada beans are natural materials. Variations in shape, color, texture, and markings are normal and expected. These differences are what make each ornament unique rather than mass-produced.

3. Is it fragile or heavy?

Dried entada bean pods are lightweight and very sturdy. They are not fragile, but should still be treated with care, avoid dropping from height or applying strong pressure.

4.How should I care for it?

Keep it dry and avoid prolonged contact with water. Gently wipe with a dry cloth if needed. Natural aging and slight color changes over time are normal and part of its character.

5. Where do you ship from and how long does shipping take?

We currently ship from China. Since each piece is handmade, please allow 3–5 business days for processing. International shipping typically takes approximately 7–10 business days after dispatch depends on different country.

Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

6. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because each piece is handmade and one of a kind, returns or exchanges are generally not accepted unless the item arrives damaged. If there’s an issue, please contact us, we’re happy to help.

7.Do you offer bulk sales?

Yes, we offer bulk orders in limited quantities. As each piece is handmade, bulk orders will require a longer processing time. Availability and timelines depend on the style and order size. Please message us through "Contact" to discuss more details in.
